Kyle & Jasmine Lounsbury

Campus Ministry

Kyle and Jasmine Lounsbury serve in the College Student Ministry. 

Kyle is from the Los Angeles area and became a disciple in the youth ministry.
Jasmine is from Chicago, Illinois, where she became a disciple and then moved to California in 2013. They are both graduates of California State University, San Bernardino, where they both met and dated. They recently got married in August 2020. A fun fact about them is that they are major sports fans with Kyle loving the Lakers and Jasmine loving the Cubs. Kyle and Jasmine are excited to be used by God to help the campus ministry love him and his people.

Steve & Charley Stevenson

Central Ministry

Steve & Charley Stevenson lead the OC Central Ministry. They met shortly after college and have been married since 1996. They have served in the ministry together since 1999 in the Kansas’ Lawrence Church, the Greater Houston Church, the Greater Long Beach Church, the New York City Church and the Hampton Roads Church.

They moved back in the summer of 2017 to serve here in the OC Church of Christ. They enjoy spending time with their young adult children, Summer and Soaren, who also moved back to California with them. Steve and Charley both have a passion for inspiring people to see God’s vision for their lives.

Pablo & Nicole Padilla

Coastline Ministry

Pablo & Nicole Padilla serve in the Coastline Ministry. Pablo was baptized in 1999 in the teen ministry and Nicole was baptized in 2005 as a college student. They met in the campus ministry, and were married in 2009. In 2018, they were Appointed Evangelist and Women’s Ministry Leader. Pablo also works as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Nicole as an international recruiter.  Pablo and Nicole have been campus ministers, youth and family leaders, sector leaders, regional singles leaders, and started new ministries.

They are passionate about raising up volunteer leadership, planting churches, counseling couples, building up singles ministries and leading community service projects. You’ll catch them enjoying great meals over fellowship since they are foodies.

Marcel & Karina Hall

North Ministry

Marcel & Karina Hall lead our North OC Ministry of the Orange County Church of Christ. They are both graduates of the University of Southern California, where they met as members of the student ministry.

Marcel and Karina were married in 2005. In 2006, they began serving as Youth Ministry Leaders for the LA Church of Christ. They have since continued to work with the youth, serving as Youth Ministers and Campus Ministry Leaders before moving to Orange County to lead our local Youth and Family Ministry. They also have the opportunity to serve on the Board of the non-profit organization, HOPE worldwide, Southern California. They have two daughters, Sanaiya and Desiree, in addition to a baby boy named Dominique. They love USC Football, BBQ, parties and spending time with family.

Martin & Tina Chairez

Spanish Ministry

Martin and Tina have been Christians for 20 years. They met in college and have been married for 15 years. They have two fun-loving sons Ezra (9) and Noah Marley (7).

Martin is an evangelist. He holds a Master’s in Religious Education in Missional Leadership from Rochester University. Tina is a Women’s Ministry Leader and has a BA in Communication Culture and Public Affairs from Cal State Long Beach.

The Chairez have 15 years of experience in the full-time ministry. Over the years, they have served in ministries such as Youth and Family, Campus, Singles, and Spanish Speaking Ministry in the South and Coastal LA region of the Los Angeles Church of Christ. In the last year and a half they have lived in San Diego where Martin served as the Bi-National Programs Director for HOPE worldwide. Martin and Tina are passionate about their vocation of ministry leadership and building community.

They are inspired to join the leadership team of the Orange County Church of Christ. In the North Orange County Church of Christ, Martin will serve as an Evangelist and the HOPE worldwide Tijuana Programs Director. Tina will serve as a Women’s Ministry Leader.
